Return and Refund Policy – Pebblu Phone™

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Return Policy:

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@pebbluphone.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.

  • If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • In cases of defective or damaged products, return shipping costs will be covered by Pebblu Phone™.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a return or refund.

  • Products purchased outside of the 15-day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
